You don’t need to start strong.

You just need to start in rhythm.

If the new year has left your mind foggy, your body tired, and your senses overdone from all the socialising, this is your invitation to pause.

No pressure to set goals.
No 10-step routines to follow.
Just trees, stillness, warmth, and your breath returning to its own pace.

A Slow Start Is a Sacred One

January can be noisy.
Plans. Resets. Calendars. Goals.
But your nervous system doesn’t move on a spreadsheet.
It moves like the Earth, slowly, intuitively, seasonally.

This 2.5-hour mini-retreat offers you space to:

  • Clear the mental cobwebs of festive overload

  • Come back to your senses, and yourself

  • Rest in the company of trees, not expectations

  • Feel your feet on the floor again

  • Sip something warm by the fire and exhale

To feel what’s true for you - without noise or pressure.

What Others Say

β€œSome people spend vast sums on spa days β€” but for me, sitting in the forest was priceless.

- Past participant

β€œI did not expect to have such a powerful experience with Forest Bathing. I enjoy being in Nature and well-being so was curious to try and it definitely delivered. I felt so incredibly calm and at peace. I completely lost track of time and got lost in the moment. Tansy was very friendly and professional and lead us on a magical journey. I will definitely be back!”

- Vanessa - Sevenoaks
