Why I Created This
I made The First Remembering for the part of you that quietly holds everything togetherβ¦
and the part of you that longs to exhale.
When my own inner world felt stretched thin, through stress, over-responsibility, an ADHD diagnosis, and the shifts of perimenopause, Nature became my safe place.
Not an escape, but a companion.
A teacher.
A way back to myself.
From that lived experience, the Natural Intelligenceβ’ Method was born, not as a theory, but as a daily practice of softening, noticing and becoming more human again.
This small course is the beginning of that wider journey, one that continues into deeper Nature connection, unmasking work, 1:1 Natural Intelligence sessions, and eventually a group immersion for women who want to reshape the way they live, feel and move through the world.
