Why I Created This

I made The First Remembering for the part of you that quietly holds everything together…
and the part of you that longs to exhale.

When my own inner world felt stretched thin, through stress, over-responsibility, an ADHD diagnosis, and the shifts of perimenopause, Nature became my safe place.
Not an escape, but a companion.
A teacher.
A way back to myself.

From that lived experience, the Natural Intelligenceβ„’ Method was born, not as a theory, but as a daily practice of softening, noticing and becoming more human again.

This small course is the beginning of that wider journey, one that continues into deeper Nature connection, unmasking work, 1:1 Natural Intelligence sessions, and eventually a group immersion for women who want to reshape the way they live, feel and move through the world.
