Sacred Spaces Book
In 2021 I was deeply honoured to be part of a team of wonderful humans who came together to share their stories, truth and wisdom and create a book that would inspire, support and comfort those who read it and resonate with it. It has gone on to be a best-selling book on Amazon in multiple categories and continues to connect with hearts all over the world. In my chapter, I reveal a very personal discovery and share the ways Nature has supported me to embrace my whole self. It also includes a guided walking meditation.

Our being here, as a result of 4.6 billion years of evolution is a pure miracle and one that makes us more 'enough' than we will ever truly come to understand.”
