A Soulful Circular Walk through Hever & Chiddingstone
A relaxed 8km early-spring walk with mindful pauses, gentle coaching reflections, and fireside cake
£55 per person
Reset, don’t rush.
As we move closer to the Spring Equinox, the world begins to stir again.
Light slowly returns. Energy starts to rise. Seeds that have been resting underground prepare to grow.
Before life gathers pace…
Before the calendar fills and the demands return…
What if you gave yourself one spacious, soul-stretching day outdoors —
to walk, reflect, breathe, connect, and gently reset your direction for the season ahead?
This isn’t about resolutions or fixing anything.
It’s about clearing space — in your body, your mind, and your inner landscape — surrounded by ancient woodland, winding footpaths, wide views, and good company.
A Walk for the Turning Season
Join me for a circular 8km walk through the historic and breathtaking landscapes of Hever and Chiddingstone, two of Kent’s most picturesque villages.
Taking place close to the Spring Equinox, this walk is an invitation to step into a moment of transition — honouring what has been, and gently sensing what wants to emerge next.
Along the way, we’ll pause often.
Not to analyse or overthink — but to notice, feel, and listen.
This is a chance to:
Stretch your legs and clear your head
Gently reflect on what you’re ready to leave behind
Sense what you’d like to grow and carry forward into spring
Enjoy soulful prompts that reconnect you with what matters
Walk in good company, without pressure or performance
Pause at a charming vintage café for coffee and conversation
End the day gathered around the fire with tea, cake, and reflection
Who Is This For?
This walk is open to all genders and all levels of experience, as long as you’re:
Comfortable walking around 8km at a gentle pace
Able to navigate uneven ground and a few stiles
Drawn to light, spacious reflection rather than intense inner work
Ready to begin spring feeling grounded, clear, and quietly energised
Why The Wild Reset Walk?
Because spring doesn’t ask us to rush.
It invites us to reset our footing, reconnect with the land, and move forward with intention rather than momentum.
This is a walk for anyone craving a softer, more meaningful way to cross the seasonal threshold — guided, grounded, and held by nature.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Tansy is a Nature-led guide, space-holder, and somatic coach devoted to helping women remember who they are, not through more doing, but through slowing down, tuning in, and letting the Earth meet them exactly as they are.
She’s a certified Forest Bathing Guide (Shinrin Yoku), Natural Mindfulness Teacher, and outdoor empowerment coach with a background in movement, coaching, and embodied wellbeing. But more than that, she’s someone who’s lived the fast, disconnected life, and found her way home through Nature.
Her work is rooted in the belief that you are Nature. And when you spend time with her, the trees, the air, the soil, you begin to remember the parts of yourself that got buried beneath the busyness.
Through walks, workshops and retreats, Tansy offers gentle but powerful spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and the wild intelligence within them. Whether it’s sitting under a tree, walking barefoot through grass, or simply exhaling without a task attached — every offering is designed to help you return to the rhythm you were made for.
