Restore, don’t rush.

As winter begins to loosen its grip and spring quietly prepares beneath the surface, this is a moment for restoration - not acceleration.

The word restorative comes from restore:
to return energy, replenish what’s been depleted, and create the conditions for new growth.

This gentle forest bathing session is an invitation to tend your own root system - your nervous system, your body, your inner landscape — so whatever you grow this year has something steady and well-nourished to rise from.

No pressure to set goals.
No plans to perfect.
Just trees, warmth, stillness, and your breath finding its natural rhythm again.

A Slow Beginning for the Season Ahead

Join me at a beautiful, secluded woodland location just outside the grounds of Hever Castle, where we’ll gather around the fire and step into a slower way of being.

This 2.5-hour mini-retreat is designed to help you:

  • Gently restore energy after a full winter

  • Calm and regulate your nervous system

  • Reconnect with your senses and your body

  • Feel grounded, steady and supported

  • Create space for clarity without effort or analysis

  • Sit in the company of trees rather than expectations

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about receiving what you need to grow well.

Why This Is Worth Your Time

In a world that asks you to perform, plan, and push from the very start of the year…

This is your reminder that you’re allowed to begin slowly.

To land in your body.
To breathe with the trees.
To feel what’s true for you - without noise, comparison, or pressure.

Because when your roots are tended, everything above ground grows differently.

WHAT OTHERS SAY

“Some people spend vast sums on spa days — but for me, sitting in the forest was priceless.”
— Past Participant

“I did not expect to have such a powerful experience with Forest Bathing. I enjoy being in Nature and well-being so was curious to try — and it definitely delivered. I felt incredibly calm and at peace. I completely lost track of time. Tansy was warm, professional, and guided us through a truly magical experience. I will definitely be back.”
— Vanessa, Sevenoaks

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Tansy is a Nature-led guide, space-holder, and somatic coach devoted to helping women remember who they are, not through more doing, but through slowing down, tuning in, and letting the Earth meet them exactly as they are.

She’s a certified Forest Bathing Guide (Shinrin Yoku), Natural Mindfulness Teacher, and outdoor empowerment coach with a background in movement, coaching, and embodied wellbeing. But more than that, she’s someone who’s lived the fast, disconnected life, and found her way home through Nature.

Her work is rooted in the belief that you are Nature. And when you spend time with her, the trees, the air, the soil, you begin to remember the parts of yourself that got buried beneath the busyness.

Through walks, workshops and retreats, Tansy offers gentle but powerful spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and the wild intelligence within them. Whether it’s sitting under a tree, walking barefoot through grass, or simply exhaling without a task attached — every offering is designed to help you return to the rhythm you were made for.

Any Questions?

Feel free to contact me directly if you’d like to know more about the walk, accessibility, or what to expect.

Let this be the start of a year that feels rooted, real, and entirely your own.
Let’s walk into it - together.
