Autumn is beginning to unfold.

The leaves are changing.
The air feels cooler.
Nature is quietly letting go.
Without resistance.
Without rushing.
Without holding on to what no longer serves.
Nature has been practising this wisdom for millions of years. Every autumn she reminds us that letting go isn’t failure—it’s part of life’s natural intelligence
As the seasons change, they gently remind us that release is not an ending, but a natural part of every cycle.
And perhaps we need that reminder too.
In a world that often encourages us to keep going, autumn invites us to slow down, soften, and create space for what comes next.
What is Autumn Release?
A half-day retreat in the beautiful grounds of Claridge House, inspired by the wisdom of autumn — a season of letting go, reflection and gentle transformation.
This experience blends:
A mindful walk through nature to reconnect with your senses and the quiet wisdom of the season
Gentle breathwork and mindful movement to release tension and invite a sense of calm
Grounding Nature Connection practices to support reflection, presence and emotional spaciousness
Together, we’ll explore what it means to release with kindness.
Not through striving or forcing change, but by noticing what feels complete, what you’re ready to loosen your grip on, and what new space might emerge when you do.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and gentle breath-led movement practice (weather permitting), before wandering slowly through the peaceful grounds and surrounding footpaths, allowing the colours, textures and rhythms of autumn to guide our attention back to the present moment.
This is for you if you’re craving:
Space to slow down after a busy summer
A chance to release stress and mental clutter
Gentle movement and mindful breath to restore balance
Time to reconnect with yourself in Nature
A calm and grounding way to embrace the changing season
No experience with breathwork or mindful nature connection is needed.
Just come as you are.
