I am really excited to be one of the practitioners at this event from Wellsummer Camping.

It is perfect for those looking to escape the digital and industrial aspects of daily life and to tap into the benefits that just being outdoors in nature can offer. Nestled in a beautiful semi-wild location, the retreat offers the ideal setting to unwind and recharge body and mind through carefully curated and guided activities such as forest bathing, mindful walks, yoga sessions, and creative workshops, alongside time set aside for quiet and self care.

You'll learn how to find balance and harmony in the outdoors, gently activating your senses and igniting creativity with experienced and qualified facilitators who will help you connect with nature on a deeper level, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and inspired.

The retreat is an in depth experience lasting a whole weekend, with all meals lovingly and thoughtfully prepared with intention to enhance your wellbeing. Staying all weekend is a must and the immersive accommodation offers options for all budgets.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to discover YOUR WILD SIDE in a supportive and welcoming community.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will arrive on the Friday Afternoon from 2pm and settle in to your accommodation before a warming dinner and welcome. A campfire, herbal teas and evening restorative yoga will be the perfect, gentle introduction to the weekend.

On Saturday, after optional early morning bird walk, yoga and breakfast, spend time in the woods in peak bluebell season with Tansy Dowman, your forest bathing coach. Begin with a short Qi Gong practice and learn how to find a deeper connection with the trees. Head back to the site for a quiet lunch.

In the afternoon, take time to yourself to breathe in the quiet and beauty of the bluebells, or settle into some creative activities carefully prepared for solo or group practice.

In the evening we will join together for a carefully prepared feast focussing on nutrition and flavour before tucking in or settling down to special moments around the campfire and maybe some singing or cacao, and evening yoga.

On Sunday wake up to the birdsong for early yoga or arrive late for breakfast. Take a foraging walk delightfully guided by Claire Bates and head back to craft a herbal tonic in the herb garden. After lunch the open ended afternoon is yours to reflect and enjoy your new connections.
