A full-day guided walk (~4.5 miles) through the stunning Kent Downs AONB — with regular rest stops, scenic views, and a gentle pace to meet you where you are.
This experience blends:
Coaching exercises to bring clarity and intention
Mindfulness, breathwork, and journaling for deeper reflection
Nature-based insights to inspire a slower, more soul-aligned way forward
Warm drinks, nourishing snacks, and time to rest and be held by the land

11:00am – Arrival & welcome circle
11:15am – Start of guided walk with reflections
12:45pm – Lunch break (BYO packed lunch + hot drinks provided)
1:30pm – Forest-based coaching, journaling, & intention setting
3:30pm – Return walk with closing reflections
4:00pm – Warm drinks, snacks, and closing gratitude circle
Distance: ~4.5 miles over 5 hours with rest breaks
Includes hills and woodland paths — we walk slowly, with care
No coaching or journaling experience needed
