A one-day retreat for women who give everything and are ready to receive something back.
Because your nervous system deserves more than “fine.”
Because this season is asking for more you.
You’re not imagining it,
The mental load. The lack of space. The quiet ache for something that’s yours.
You move through your day with strength, love, and relentless presence…
But when was the last time someone held you?
Room to Breathe is a one-day, nature-based retreat designed for women
who give everything and are ready to receive something back.
No one asking for snacks.
No tabs open in your mind.
Just space to breathe, move, be, and reconnect.
Held in the private grounds and wild woodlands of Wadhurst Castle, this is your pocket of peace.
A few rare hours away from obligation, and back into your own rhythm.
What you’ll experience:
Gentle Qigong to shift your energy and bring you back into your body
Mindful Walking & Forest Bathing in private woodland. Slow, sensory, restorative
Lunch cooked over fire – homemade soup and seasonal accompaniments shared in quiet community
Gentle Meditation + Intention Setting – to meet your inner world with honesty and care
Circles of reflection – for laughter, tears, clarity and connection
And more than that:
Space to feel without being rushed
Time to hear yourself think or not think at all
A reminder that you’re still in there… underneath the lists, the logistics, the noise
Come alone or bring someone who sees you.
This is your invitation to step away for a few hours, and return home to your life fuller, softer, more connected to yourself.
Why now?
The Autumn Equinox is a moment of transition — a threshold in the turning of the Earth.
It’s a time to honour what you’ve carried, and gently ask:
Is the path I’m walking still aligned with the woman I’m becoming?
Nature’s turning invites our own.
Come mark the shift, not with pressure, but with presence.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Tansy is a Nature-led guide, space-holder, and somatic coach devoted to helping women remember who they are, not through more doing, but through slowing down, tuning in, and letting the Earth meet them exactly as they are.
She’s a certified Forest Bathing Guide (Shinrin Yoku), Natural Mindfulness Teacher, and outdoor empowerment coach with a background in movement, coaching, and embodied wellbeing. But more than that, she’s someone who’s lived the fast, disconnected life, and found her way home through Nature.
Her work is rooted in the belief that you are Nature. And when you spend time with her, the trees, the air, the soil, you begin to remember the parts of yourself that got buried beneath the busyness.
Through walks, workshops and retreats, Tansy offers gentle but powerful spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and the wild intelligence within them. Whether it’s sitting under a tree, walking barefoot through grass, or simply exhaling without a task attached — every offering is designed to help you return to the rhythm you were made for.
Even her name, Tansy.. is a wildflower.
This is not a brand.
It’s a remembering.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
This retreat will take place within the private grounds of the stunning Wadhurst Castle. A peaceful, historic estate tucked away in the East Sussex countryside. We’ll have exclusive access to the gardens, woodland, and hidden paths that are usually closed to the public, allowing you to truly slow down and soften into the quiet. Just over an hour from London, and a short drive from Tunbridge Wells, this is a rare opportunity to experience the stillness of Nature in an extraordinary setting. It’s not just beautiful… it’s held, private, and yours for the day.

WHAT OTHERS HAVE SHARED…
“I did not expect to have such a powerful experience with Forest Bathing. I enjoy being in Nature and well-being so was curious to try and it definitely delivered. I felt so incredibly calm and at peace. I completely lost track of time and got lost in the moment. Tansy was very friendly and professional and lead us on a magical journey. I will definitely be back!”

Time spent with Tansy is time spent very well. Tansy has an incredible way about her and when adding in nature there is nothing better. Tansy holds space, encourages you and supports you. If you are lucky enough to have time to join Tansy then please do, she changed my world 2 years ago and it’s been an amazing journey. Not always easy but Tansy has helped me to see my potential.
Thank you Tansy, forever grateful for you and what you do.

This gave me the excuse to step off the hamster wheel of day to day life and immerse in nature, reflect and find joy in connecting with like-minded people. Tansy held the space beautifully with the perfect balance of connecting with self, with nature and with others. I highly recommend this experience.
