Forest Bathing & Wine Tasting

  • Wildwood Vineyard Eridge Road Tunbridge Wells, England United Kingdom (map)

A Sensory Spring Immersion in the Bluebell Woods
Led by Tansy Dowman

Sunday 26th April | Private Vineyard Woodland | £50 per person

Where Spring, Stillness & Taste Meet

Last year, something unexpected happened.

As we moved slowly through a private bluebell woodland - breathing in wild garlic, feeling the softness of the forest floor underfoot, letting our senses fully wake up - the wine tasting that followed became something entirely different.

Richer.
Deeper.
More alive.

Not because the wine had changed - but because we had.

This is an invitation to experience both Nature and flavour in a way that feels more present, more embodied, and more memorable than either could be alone.

What This Afternoon Feels Like

This isn’t a woodland walk followed by a wine tasting.

It’s a sensory journey — one that gently opens your awareness, slows your nervous system, and heightens your ability to taste, smell, feel, and notice.

You’ll be guided through a secluded, wild-feeling woodland carpeted with bluebells and wild garlic, where we’ll pause, breathe, listen, and let the natural world do what it does best — bring you back into your body.

Then, gathered by the fire, you’ll be invited to taste award-winning wines with your senses fully awake — noticing texture, aroma, temperature, and subtle flavour in a way most of us rush past.

It’s grounding, playful, quietly luxurious, and deeply human.

Why Forest Bathing & Wine Work So Beautifully Together

Forest Bathing heightens your senses.

It slows your breath.
Softens your nervous system.
Brings you fully into your body.

So when you lift a glass, you’re not just tasting wine — you’re experiencing it.

Many people tell us this is the most vivid, enjoyable tasting they’ve ever had — not because they’ve learned more about wine, but because they’ve learned how to feel more.
